Modernizing HR operations for the hybrid workplace
Designed a next-generation HRM platform that streamlined employee onboarding, performance reviews, and time tracking, reducing HR admin time by 58% while improving employee satisfaction.

PeopleFlow needed to replace a patchwork of legacy HR tools with a unified platform built for remote and hybrid teams. We designed an intuitive system that handles everything from onboarding to performance management while staying out of employees' way.
The existing HR stack was a collection of five separate tools requiring duplicate data entry, conflicting interfaces, and manual CSV exports to sync information. HR teams spent hours on admin tasks that should have been automated, while employees faced confusing workflows for basic requests like time-off approvals or updating personal information.
We conducted research with HR teams and employees across 8 companies to understand pain points and workflows. The result was a role-based interface: HR admins get powerful dashboards and automation tools, while employees see a clean, self-service portal for common tasks. We designed progressive onboarding flows, calendar-integrated time tracking, and a performance review system that feels collaborative rather than bureaucratic.
Post-launch, HR teams reported 58% less time spent on administrative tasks, freeing capacity for strategic work. Employee NPS jumped 42 points thanks to faster approvals and transparent processes. Within 3 months, 94% of employees across pilot companies were actively using the platform daily.


This platform finally gave us one source of truth for all employee data. What used to take our HR team days now happens in minutes, and employees actually enjoy using it.
