Terms of Service

You may browse the site for personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse it — no scraping at scale, reverse-engineering, attempting to disrupt the service, or copying our content for resale.

Project work is covered by a separate written agreement (proposal, Statement of Work, or Master Services Agreement). If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the signed agreement governs.

All site content — logos, copy, code, graphics, and branding — is owned by Mool Studio or its licensors. Ownership of deliverables created for clients is transferred according to the terms of the applicable engagement agreement and upon full payment.

We may reference or embed third-party services (e.g. scheduling, analytics). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties and their own terms apply to your use of them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mool Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD $100.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
